ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. – September 19, 2025 – CNBC, First in Business Worldwide, today announced the launch of its newest original podcast, CNBC Changemakers & Power Players, a compelling series spotlighting the women who are transforming business and breaking barriers across industries. Hosted by CNBC Senior Media & Technology Correspondent Julia Boorstin, author of the best-selling book When Women Lead, the podcast debuts on Tuesday, September 30, with new episodes dropping every Tuesday.

Each episode features in-depth, candid interviews with female innovators, executives, and entrepreneurs—from the CNBC Changemakers list and beyond—who are reshaping the future of business. From tech and finance to sports, entertainment, and health, these women share the strategies behind their success and the challenges they’ve overcome to lead with impact.

The premiere episode features Whitney Wolfe Herd, Founder and CEO of Bumble, in a powerful conversation about building a purpose-driven company, navigating leadership as a young female founder, and the future of women in tech. Future guests include Laura Modi, Co-Founder & CEO of Bobbie; Melanie Perkins, CEO of Canva; Arianna Huffington, Founder & CEO of Thrive Global; and Marisa Drew, Chief Sustainability Officer at Standard Chartered, among others.

“I’m thrilled to be able to have in-depth conversations with women who are driving change, about how they’ve defied the odds and how they’re evolving themselves,” said Boorstin. “These conversations aren’t just for women—they’re for anyone who wants to understand what it takes to lead, innovate, and make an impact. There’s so much to learn from these leaders, and their insights can inspire and empower people in every stage of their careers and lives.”

CNBC Changemakers & Power Players is a key pillar of CNBC’s Women’s Leadership vertical, which launched earlier this year. The podcast builds on the momentum of the annual CNBC Changemakers: Women Transforming Business list, launched in 2024, which honors women whose accomplishments are reshaping industries and paving the way for future leaders.  Nominations for the 2026 CNBC Changemakers: Women Transforming Business list will open on September 30.

Follow and listen to CNBC Changemakers & Power Players on all major podcast platforms starting September 30.
